Our goal is to spread our passion for “SUP” to each person that steps on one of our boards. Right now you can find the Kostal Paddle family in New York and Florida - more specifically, Long Island & Clearwater / Tampa Bay areas.

Our NY Locations Open from the first week of June to the end of September or can be booked by appointment anytime before or after depending on availability . Please call or email.

SUP + SUP YOGA + KAYAK
RENTALS, TOURS AND LESSONS

SUP & KAYAK Rentals

Come out and rent one of our easy to use paddle boards or kayaks and take a journey at one of our locations on Long Island. (ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED). A land demonstration can be provided by one of our certified instructors for an extra fee of $15.
SUP Board & Kayak Rentals are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!

Private, Semiprivate, & Group Lessons/Tours

As masters of having fun, one of our team leaders will instruct and guide you through one of our beautiful Long Island locations for an hour tour, so grab some of your friends and come on out to have some fun on the water this summer.

SUP YOGA

Turn your yoga mat into a yoga board and find your inner chi with us this summer and balance your way to become a master on the water. Whether you have experience or not Stand Up Paddle Yoga is a fun new challenge for you to try this summer.

SEASON MEMBERSHIP

Season Membership Memorial Day to Labor Day (Unlimited SUP)* This will include unlimited classes, rentals, and sup yoga, along with special discounts to any of our events throughout the summer.

SUP SURF LESSONS

Take your paddle skills to the next level by taking one of our boards into a wave! "Experience the power of the ocean." This 1.5 hour lesson will teach you how to catch a wave by using the momentum of the paddle to your advantage. (Intermediate to Advanced level)

REGULAR SURF LESSONS

Learn to ride a wave without a paddle, but with the assistance of one of our experienced surf-instructors. All necessary equipment is included, along with beach access.

We are a group of waterman and woman who find water sports, especially Stand Up Paddle boarding, to be our lives. Born from a vision, Kostal Paddle is much more than just stand up paddle boarding. We ensure a paddling experience that will transform your physical well-being, promote a healthy lifestyle, and open your mind through our affection for the outdoors !
